Are Quotes or Estimates Free?
An estimate is a ballpark guess at how much time, effort, and materials it’ll take to finish a job. Because it’s less accurate and more flexible than writing a quote with a fixed price, we offer free estimates over the phone, email, or text.
Our quotes start at $35 to $750, depending on the size and value of the work. For example, quoting to resurface or paint a house within twenty miles of our home office would be on the lower end, while EIFS repair on a property 20+ miles away would be on the higher end.
If we are awarded the project, we will deduct the cost of the quote from the project cost.
Preparing accurate quotes for EIFS or stucco-related projects is our specialty.
Three ways to estimate the cost of a project:
- Phone: We ask questions about the work and fill out a work request form based on your description of the problem or situation.
- Online: You can email us or fill out our contact form and submit information about your project, such as pics, plans, etc.
- Site Assessment: All jobs requiring an in-person assessment, where we can see what the work will involve and ask more detailed questions.
- Site visits start at $35.00 for Hampton Roads residents or property owners. (Deducted from project cost if awarded the contract)
