Top EIFS contractor, and Construction Manager combined
together.

Our Process.

After permitting and the selection of materials and finishes, MWS analyzes the drawings and breaks down the work into material and labor. We then enter the information into construction management software and invite suppliers and
trades to bid the project.

As proposals are submitted, we review each for accuracy, entering the cost into the appropriate line item. When complete, we review the estimate line by line with the client.

MWS then prepares a construction agreement that includes the cost estimate, draw schedule, start and finish date, plans, finish specifications, and warranty. After the client’s review, signatures, and deposit, our construction division
awards contracts, orders materials, and officially starts the project.

Through its management software, MWS schedules the work, uploads files and photos, tracks progress and costs, purchases, change orders and expenses, sharing the same information in real-time with the client.

Our construction division is responsible for coordinating each task, ordering and storing materials, inspecting deliveries for accuracy and damage, and recording daily activities. We also schedule inspections, maintain strict quality
control, a clean job site, and project safety.

Upon attaining the certificate of occupancy, we schedule a walkthrough with the client, identifying and recording areas requiring extra attention. We also highlight the features and functions, turn over all manuals, warranties, and
keys. Confirming that all appliances and building systems are operating is the last step.

MWS compiles the inspection results into a list form, and forwards the information, along with a complete schedule and shipping date for a product that may have been backordered. This last step completes the Construction-Management
process, a fast delivery system for completing projects on time and on budget.
