ESTIMATE PROCEDURE

The following information is provided to assist our customers when free estimates are desired. Any questions should be directed to Ed Santana at 757-900-9103.

What is an estimate? An estimate is a ballpark guess at how much time, effort, and materials it’ll take to finish a job. Because it’s less accurate and more flexible than writing a quote with a fixed price, we offer free estimates over the phone, email, or text.
How is an estimate requested? Book an appointment using the “Book “Now” button or fill out our “Contact Form“.

Free/Budget Estimate
Free estimates do not have a lot of detail and should be within 20% of the final cost of construction. Free estimates are not guaranteed and are based on square footage calculations, electronic documents, photos, and historical data.
